We finally got our Vietnam visas through after waiting two extra days in the capital, so caught the bus to the boarder from Phom Phen. After a long and hot boarder crossing we reached the slightly more civilised country on vietnam, and headed to saigon.
Arriving early afternoon and dumping our bags at the hotel ($5 a night for two peopel..bargain) we headed out in search of food and looked at all the tours ion offer, we plan to visit the cu chi tunnels and probably a trip down the mekong for a day. so are baseign ourselves in saigon for a few days before heading north towarsd Hanoi.
