Just a few notes I have made about living in Oxford:
The weather here is the funniest thing by far. Here's the typical day in Oxford: when you wake up, it's just about done raining for the night. It's cold and windy; perhaps it may be raining as you walk to your destination. You are bundled up. Once you leave your lecture, the afternoon sun is out. It's hot as you walk back, and so you change your clothes once you get home. It's a beautiful day, and you go back out to somewhere else. Once that appointment is done, you can be sure it's raining and cold again. You have forgotten your umbrella and are dressed inappropriately for the weather. You walk home soaking wet. Once you are back inside, the sun comes out again. I think you see the pattern. It makes me laugh.
The big food thing here, as far as I can see, are baguettes. There are so many baguette stores with so many different types of baguettes. I'm quite the fan. It's probably the cheapest meal you can get here too.
I walked around my college today with my friend Brandon and took lots of pictures. Go check it out.
