a couple of things .....
De La Soul Last weekend
On Saterday, me , etienne (soon to be called estaban by me after estaban from the mysterious cities of gold which yay!!! paulio downloaded for me ) and havido had a mini slumber party at manor house.
then me and havido wandered around islington looking for helens birthday ( and we bought her a racing car track...how jealous are all of you !) then we grabbed drinks and blankets and music ( the ipod ) and headed to hyde park , where lots of people are lying around on the grass or in deckchairs and recovering.....and waited....for....paulio to arrive!! how cool ! saw him , jumped up ran across the park massive hugs...hes so cool!!! he also outdid us by bringing his junkie purchased bargin laptop for music listening...
After playing in the park ( and um ..."smoking" we went home to get ready to go to "havidos new favourite venue" as he kept calling it. Somewhere in camden , the dj from de la soul was playing for a tenner so we disappear and head out. Stupidly we entrust some of the directions to etienne who gets a throughly lost but refuses to admit defeat...highlights a full jail break run for next train that saw us fall through the doors ( id just like to point out that maybe five or six people have been under trains in the last month and this is why)
anyway...rock upto venue and its R &B central , its a litte intense. we all bitch about it but finally music turns to some old skool party breaks but not before havido gets completely out of control and starts yelling ( and i mean yelling ) im the most fly white guy in this place!! and he wasn#t that drunk. Undoubtedly its true since havido has been learning to dance picking up moves from BEP music videos and practicing them in front of the mirror....
