So our last class was yesterday. We had a nice reading. Earlier this week, the Greek poets came to visit. One woman, Siarita, really liked my work and asked for a poem so she could get it published in this Greek poetry magazine called "The Lure". So that's cool.
Luc left yesterday. Everyone else is in town for a few more days. I decided to stay at the farmhouse for a few more days. Then I plan to take a ferry to Rhodes and on to Kastellorizo which is near Turkery. I think it's the unnamed island in Murakami's novel "Sputnik Sweetheart", which I'm pretty obsessed with at the moment.
So last night, we went to the Paros Rock Cafe, a huge bar/club. We had a blast dancing until about 5 in the morning.
Well, I'll try to upload some more pics tomorrow. I don't have a moped anymore, so I have to rely on the sketchy Greek bus. Sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn't, etc....
