Look at that....2 entries in one week. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share with all of you what I am currently experiencing.
It's about 6am in Korea. I'm sitting in a PC bong at a popular bathhouse in a department store in downtown GwangJu. I've been here since 10Pm tonight. FYI, I'm not naked.
Bathouses are very popular relaxation retreats for both men and women in Korea. Essentially, you strip down, and enter the land of green tea baths, hot and cold saunas, and total body exfoliation.
Sounds good doesn't it?
This particular spa is my favourite. You can spend the entire night here for under 8 bucks Canadian. Tonight, I had a pedicure at 3am, ate bimbibap (a Korean rice dish) at 4am, and sang in a Noreabong (karoke) till now. There are Co-ed and same sex sleeping rooms for later.
I'm here with a few of my American girlfriends. It's Carolina's last weekend here in Korea, and she wanted to do some relaxing girl bonding before she left. I can't think of a better way to spend a night? Sorry I can't provide pictures for this entry! :)
