Day #7 - At the Soccer/English school

On Wednesday morning, we headed back to the soccer/English school at Alta Vista. Some of our group helped with the English school and some with the soccer school. I had the privilege of demonstrating how poor my soccer skills are when I was paired with one of the players for drills due to an odd number of players. It was a lot of fun, though, and a great chance to build relationships with the boys! Then we had VBS - Bible stories, songs, games, and a craft. After lunch, it was a little different. We went to a different soccer field for practice as a reward for the boys for their hard work and good grades. First we had soccer practice, then the Bible story, and then the boys got to go swimming in the swimming pool located right next to the field! Wednesday evening we were back at Siloe for an awesome church service!
