Miss Dani Dance Studio opens in Llano! You go, Danielle !

You know you are more likely to exercise if you are with a group than trying to do it by yourself at home. Right! Right as far as we seem to exercise. When we have a group to exercise with, we are more likely to stay with it compared to if we just get up and do so at home.

We have been able to do a few routines of yoga at home but not on a regular basis. Enter...............Miss Dani Dance Studio right here in Llano Texas. Dani is one of the bartender's at Badu House and she told us she was starting a dance studio in the space above Charlie's store on the square.

We have always thought it would be a good idea to have some sort of business, living lofts, etc. above the stores that circle the square. It seems that some of that is going on here in town! There are two lofts being built that we know of above two of the buildings on the Joe's side of the square and Miss Dani's on Charlies side.

There are going to be yoga, chair yoga, zumba and bellydance classes offered there. We went to our first classes and were so glad we did. Got ourselves a punch card and were ready. Annie, the teacher, is so good. The class is gentle yoga and is just what we need.

After class, we have actually done a bike ride so we have been doing quite well on getting our exercise. On days we do not do yoga, we have been enjoying paddling on the river.
