Currency problem existed more than three month-Update 1

It was another wet day hear in Bolguri(Name of the place).I was a guest in one of the family; they gave me shelter to stay. But I felt sorry for them, because they too were suffering from currency problem. It was an unfortunate condition they were suffering. I was surprised to hear that even the places which are far from Bhutan are in very unfortunate. The people say that this is not the fault of anyone other than the businessman. They say that there is no declaration form the government for the increase or decrease of the value of currency from both the country. So I came to know how cunning are the Indian Businessman of the border area of the Bhutan. I came to the conclusion that the country/Government of Bhutan and India was not responsible for the problem but the cunning people. The village people are poor and there is no alternative for them to get Bhutan currency gets exchanged to Indian currency by paying certain amount to the dealer of the money.
