Last day on Koh Hai/Ngai

Well it’s Sunday now and I’ve spent the last 3 days walking, swimming, sitting on the swing by the beach, eating good food and relaxing. I’ve explored the island, walking through the jungle to get to the western side; there’s not much to do but I’ve been happy enough and have met and talked to lots of people. It’s been strange weather here, with occasional cloud and strong winds. Normally in the late afternoon the wind picks up and the sea becomes quite rough. Certainly not good enough to snorkel which is a shame. It did rain once but not for long and the sun came out afterwards. I shouldn’t complain the temperature is still in the high 20’s which is better than the alternative back home. Off to Koh Lipe tomorrow by ferry at 11am. Hopefully lots of backpackers and less couples…….I want some fun!
