Hunan Province (Central China) - Week Twenty Nine.

Last week I was sent for a few days to Hunan Province located in Central China. This is an important area of China, given that the area makes up a large population of ethnic groups.

This was the first half of my two week business development travel in Central China. Since EDSA has a long standing portfolio of tourism work, we are seeing a lot of interests coming our way in Central China. Something along the lines that the government is starting to put more money into tourism for these areas.

So long story short, I spent three days here, drank lots of Baijiu (firewater) with the clients as they tried to kill me with spicy food (which Hunan is said to be the most spicy food in China). Something they probably didn't expect was that I was born in New Orleans and I can hang with the best.
