Larnaca is perhaps the most excellent place to visit - it exudes peace and quiet and is perhaps the best place to attempt basic level scuba diving and camel riding the near by deserts. Me and my other half had a fantastic time as it is modern enough to allow lots of fun and its rural enough to have a peaceful time.
