last full day in mainland europe

We got up very early in Koln and changed for a high speed Thalys train to Brussels. From where we got a regonal train to Brugge. We found our hostel ok and started planning how to get back to Britain without our interrail passes because they ran out on the day we arrived in Brugge. We spent most of the day either on the internet or going to the train station which was a twenty minute walk away. But we did manage to have a quick look at Brugge itself.
