Hello Everyone!
Kayanna and Haley here because Ryan made us write our team's final goodbye. We have had such a blast here these past few days that the week has gone by so quickly. Today was our day off at Kaliko but even still many team members went back to the compound voluntarily to pass out rice and beans to many of the surrounding neighbors in the area. Although Haley and I stayed behind the members that went said it was really amazing because it was the only time they really had a chance to go to the people's houses and see how they lived.
We wanted to take this time to thank all of you for your support and dedication in following our team and praying for us these past few days. You have no idea how important and effective those prayers were for us. Without them Briana would probably still be sick... as well as 5 others and the rest of us would all be injured... or something of that sort. So again, we really wanted to emphasize the appreciation we have for your prayers. We had a team debriefing last night with everyone on the entire team and it became really clear how covered we were by our fellow church bodies. We all have been amazingly blessed and look forward to seeing your faces when we get home Tuesday night. In the mean time, we are going to continue our relaxation on the beach and maybe go barter with the locals some more :).
