Some of you may have noticed that yesterday I didn't post any journal entries, and the reason for that is I came down with a nasty bug around 8:00pm here Friday night.
I'm still not exactly sure what it is/was, but I woke up with every flu symptom in the book, plus some...
Needless to say, I had a really rough day yesterday! For me, it's always hard being away from home when you're really sick. But luckily, I had mama there only an email away. So we were in constant contact all day, her telling me what to do, not to do, take, eat, all that good stuff. And of course dad was there to comfort me saying... "well at least you're doing all of this now, rather than next weekend when you're on an airplane, unable to get up and go because of the seatbelt sign!" Haha and how true that is. Luckily, our God IS a merciful God and he wasn't about to put THAT much on my plate :)
But now it's almost 8:00am Sunday (TECHNICALLY FATHER'S DAY!)and I'm doing much better. By tonight, I'm hoping to be at least 95%.
What a day.
