My first essay is returned. The score? 68.
Don't freak out, English people grade differently. A 70 is an A, and it's almost impossible to get over a 70. According to my professor, my essay was "very nearly excellent"
Apparently you can get a 1st, a 2:1 (higher second) and a 2:2 (lower second)
I'm pretty sure 68 falls within higher second, and that's something I can deal with.
So I'm feeling mighty fine at the moment. Mighty fine. My exams tomorrow, but I feel pretty well prepared. My major fear is that no one will be able to read my handwriting, so I'm buying nice pens right after I finish this entry. (because pens magically fix your handwriting. Don't judge me!)
