Sorry for the delay (and the back dating) but we didn't get a chance to blog while we were actually in Saigon.
The city itself isn't so great- it's not as nice as Hue, but is busier, smoggier and not as friendly. Having said that, it has great bia hoi and a zoo, so I was pretty chuffed. We also got to visit the War Remnants museum and the Cu Chi tunnels, which were fantastic. We left a few days early as we had run out of things to do and wanted to spend a little bit of time in Phnom Penh before we started volunteering to settle in the city.
