I made it!
I do not have much time to write as I have a meeting shortly and Sam still needs to use the computer. Here are some highlights thus far:
We ate at a pub for dinner in downtown London.
Our flight left from Heathrow (about an hour from downtown) at 9:15pm with the gates closing at 8:55. We left the restaurant at 7:45...chaos ensued.
We have seen plenty of wildlife, most notably large ugly birds, rabid howling dogs, mosquitos and rats.
We have played with hundreds of children.
I spoke at a kids camp.
Many other things have happened but for now, I must get going.
By the way, this morning I woke up at 7 and listened to the hockey game with two other guys while we were all wearing Canucks shirts. Our day was a bit more dreary than the previous few.
