Dear mummies,
I am so sorry it has taken me so long to write, we had to wait for the chickens feathers to re-grow for the flight but we have made it and we have arrived!! Bar'th'elona.
I must introduce you to my new 'friend' Vladmir he is quite a character and we my friends have been having a lot of fun.
I have been investigating Barcelona, i had no idea it was the capital of Catalonia a nation without state between France & Spain. I know you think I am just a hedonistic lay-a-bout that only get's up at mid day and parties to the wee hours but look I have been cultural.
It was one evening and as usual i had been trying to find sophisticated people to spend some time with and it was at a party held in Casa Milla where i first saw him. He had that look, the mysterious look in his eyes, playful, dangerous, good looking and sophisticated.. well darlings I just could not resist.
We spent the night talking, laughing, telling stories of the travel, the parties the adventure, I think I have met my match and Mummies he has a little bit of money so although I yet again spent this months allowance it's okay and for once I am not going to ask you for a penny!!
Well in the wee hours he took me to the top of hill over looking the city, the sun came up and there in the distance the sea, so clear so blue so inviting........It was then that I fell for him.. i know I have fallen before, but Vladmir is the one. He speaks fluent spanish with a russian accent it's just so enticing to a meerkat.
'Bon Dia' he said took my hand and said is a soft puuurrrrring kind of way, Maurice i think we will have fun together. The following day we celebrated Sant Jordi's day a day of romance that is celebrated here. I am the luckiest meerkat that ever lived, i have recived the biggest bunch of roses that you could have imagined i must go and buy him a gift.
