From Thailand I cought a "speed boat" to go to Laos, dear God, it was unbeliable, 6 hours in a boat that looks like a Brazilian "canoa", but so fast, and very very dangerous. Laos is a country that everyone can use drugs everywhere and everyone comes to offer you, also the old ladies in some Village use some in their teeth to feel relaxxxxx!!!!! There is not much to see and to do, I spent 3 days over there and it was enough. Temple everywhere, monks and one of the most beautiful waterfall that I saw. Look the pictures and see what I saw!!!!
