Today is my last day in Lautoka before i head off on the 3 week safari around fiji. during that time i probably wont be able to do much with my blog but i will try and put up some photos if i can!
tonight we are having our last kava ceremony together, and i am donating all my rugby kit to some of the younger relations of Mere, one of the fijian staff at the house.
last night we all went to ed's bar in Nadi for the last time too. it is a tradition that we all go every thursday in a couple of minivans, play pool, get a bit drunk, and dance on the dancefloor which is about the size of a broom cupboard. it is the only bit of nightlife in Nadi though so it is always busy and well worth the weekly visits. we were the life and soul of the party there last night, dressed as either ravers or nerds. i will put some photos of that up soon but all you need to know is that we looked incredibly cool!
