We had two awesome days with Sarah and Russell in Blenheim at Nelson Lakes and an all day cruise through Marlborough Sounds where we got to watch live underwater video. Blue Cod look awesome and taste even better. we drove to Keiterteri, but the weather didn't seem so good, so we continued driving all day to Westport. Plenty of rain now, so we drove down the coast to Franz Joseph Glacier today. Rain off and on all day, but made for spectacular weather shots off the rugged coast. We stopped at Pukaiki Pancake Rocks for a little hike to see neat limestone rock formations and violent blowholes. We also went to a seal colony and watched the mom's with their babies sunbathe when the sun was out. This is an awesome coastline, rated in top 10 drives of the world. A little cooler here, but off to walk on the glacier tomorrow. Should have some glacier pics up in the next day or so.
