Tagaytay City is the Philippines’ second summer capital, next to Baguio . It is 70 kilometers south of Manila, perches on a 600-meter-high ridge overlooking Taal Volcano. Tagaytay is a cool place that offers a breathtaking sight of the world famous Taal formation, a crater (as at the mouth of a volcano) within an island within a lake. At nightfall, one sees the lake sparkle with the pinpoint lights of fishing boats. It is a perfect picnic spot.
Tagaytay City is the home to several convents, retreats, seminaries , and seminar houses. It is suitable for spiritual meditation "Center of Spiritual Retreat". The flower Farm is located on a windy slope of a hill keeps the province a bloom a year round. This farm has many varieties of lovely flowers such as rose, chrysanthemums with assorted colors, gerberas, anthuriums, carnations.
The Dial-up & DSL TMs having fun and pigging out at Gerry's Grill in Tagaytay. Thanks to our beloved director, Pau, for providing the budget. =)
