I am updating for Susan as she has no internet access but I can send her messages at her Blue Ventures ocean side site.Currently she is on a 3 day overland trip from the northern part of Madagascar to Tulear. From there it is an 8 hour through the bush to the Blue Ventures site in Tulear. There she will participate in a marine scientifc research of the coral reefs and marine life. Also she will be helping the 6 local communities with education of marine conservation. She will also be in the one local school where her geography background and teaching experience will help all the children. Many children walk 3 hrs just to attend the school.To learn more about what my girl is doing you can visit the blue ventures site for more info. She may also be able to update this site in one of the near by towns 8hrs away. She had been following other members at the Blue Ventures site adding stories as she lead up to her departure.
