So, a trip to Europe on my birthday.....not bad. After a pretty long, uneventful, and delayed flight to London, I had very little time to get to my connecting flight to Berlin. I did make it, but my luggage did not. I decided to stay in the Berlin Tegel airport until it arrived, about 3 hours later. On top of that, the zipper on my shorts broke and my fly was down the whole time. Of course, all of my clothes were in the missing luggage. It finally showed up. I took a taxi to the train station and eventually made it to Eisenach at about 7pm. I ate dinner and went right to bed after a pretty stressful, but interesting, birthday. Unfortunately I have only two pictures because I was too busy worrying about my zipper situation.
