Today I woke up and did laundry. Because I had a a ton of laundry to do. I was being responsible. Today was one of my last full days in Oxford because of the trips to Stonehenge and Amsterdam that were soon to follow. That being the case, I wanted to do some things I should have done a long time ago. First, Marcus and I, after eating at Noodle Bar, went out and bought Oxford University sweatshirts, and then met up with Corinne and Karly to go to Christ Church. Christ Church is one of the most famous colleges in Oxford, and part of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was filmed there. It's also significant because of its famous students: John Locke, John Wesley, and Lewis Carrol, just to name a few. We toured the college and took pictures on the stairs from the film. To be honest I don't really remember that part of the movie, but I'll go back and watch it and then be like "wow! I was there!" After that Marcus and I fell asleep in the park near Christ Church waiting for Monica and Sheena. When they got there we went on a bus tour of Oxford. I thought it was pretty cool to actually find out some stuff about the city I'd been living in for five weeks. We all ate at Nando's afterward, and then we got ready for Stonehenge. I was going to include Stonehenge on this trip, but the best parts happened after midnight. So read on. And that's when the birthday fun really started happening.
