The Gothenburg KOA was a very pleasant place to stay, like the other KOAs we were at this vacation. It's a beautiful facility with a nature walk, pool, and fun things to do. It's situated right beside the South Platte River and is nestled back away from the nearby Interstate 80. This was the first place we had to actually deal with mosquitos but it wasn't too bad. This is a nice place and we recommend it, too.
We made it home about 4pm and it was nice to see that the basement is nearly dry. There is a lot to do but we have the energy to get at it. It was nice to get home on Saturday with time to regroup before work on Monday. And it was really nice to see T.K. again. We missed him on our vacation this year.
Well, it's done now. Another vacation is over. This one was incredible and every day was fun and inspirational.
Time to start planning for next year!
