The end of the first week...

Thursday we went down to Bondi along the coastal paths and then stopping off along the route for a beach BBQ & some volleyball. Then we went snorkelling....tho most of us got out after an hour or so as the jellyfish alarm had gone off!! I can see the diving courses going well lol!!

Friday we went to the Blue Mountains which was lovely....just a shame we only got one day there as there is so much to see. Still I can always go back later.. Watching the kangaroos in the wild was amazing, I think in one of the pics you can see a baby kangaroos head sticking out of its mummys pouch - you will have to zoom tho!!

The Friday nite we went on a booze cruise around darling harbour - it was fluro themed hense all the wacky clothing!! Got absolutely smashed that nite - well it was a free bar!!!

Then Saturday we had a free day so spent most of it soaking up the sun on the beach! In the evening we had another nite on the raz - tho this time it was a bar crawl around Sydney. It was good because the drinks were free and you got around Sydney on this mad party bus!!

Sunday we also had a free day but then had a lovely meal up and Syndey Tower (it spins so you can see the whole city!!) Though unfortunately my camera decided to break so I couldnt take any pics.. The food was interesting....I tried some kangaroo & crocodile!! The crocodile was nice but I felt really guilty eating the kangaroo, plus it actually tasted like a kangaroo - id that makes sense!! It looks like a nice bit of steak but doesnt taste like it!!

Anyway my next plans.............

I am going to travel up the east coast with a company called Oz Experience...they are really good and sort pretty much everything out for you so all you have to do is pay and show up!!

Along the way I will be going sailing round the Whitsundays islands and 4x4ing around Fraser Island....I will also be having another go at surfing (tho still got my injuries from last time!!)....I'll eventually end up in Cairns and am thinking about staying there for a couple of months & getting a job, just to keep the money flowing! With any luck it should be around the time that Anna gets there as well...
