|  | | 21st - 24th Jan 08 | | | | | Just so you know....it is a lot hotter than 22 degrees here!!! I look like a lobster....but the sky is lovely and blue with not a cloud in sight! And I am staying at a hostel right on the beach front....gorgeous views from the balcony....will upload sum pictures soon...when i work out how to do it!!
First day here went jet boating around sydney harbour, got absolutely soaked!! It was raining that day and the water was very choppy!!
Second day we went to Darling Harbour which was gorgeous!! Then went to the wildlife centre to see all the cute animals....koalas and kangaroos etc.... Managed to get sum pics of the syndey funnel web spider (worlds most dangerous spider) and the taipan snake (worlds most dangerous snake!!) It was good fun!!
Third day went on a surfing trip.....that was interesting!!! I almost got up, a bit longer and i wud have done.....but the boards and sand tend to scratch you a lot (or rather i fall off too much!!) so I had to stop..
Fourth day (today) we are off to Bondi beach for a lovely coastal walk and then later on to a beach BBQ and a few drinkies!!
Got a busy weekend planned so will update you next week......
