Hi all,
I arrived safely in Delhi yesterday and met up with Tim and Laura at our hotel in Pahar Ganj without too much of a problem. It's a pretty basic (i.e. scummy) place but the shower works and has lovely cold water - it's in the 40s here at the moment so keeping cool is a pretty high priority! All the things you tend to hear about Delhi appear to be true - there are cows all over the roads, the traffic is very bad, it does smell and it's generally a pretty crazy place!
We're hoping to go and see a Bollywood film at a local cinema tonight and then we'll probably move on from Delhi by the end of the week. We'll either be heading to Rajasthan or Agra/Varanasi, depending on what info we get from the tourist office (when we eventually find the real one).
I'm gonna keep this one short because we massively overslept this morning and we need to get on and find out how we can move on from here!
Keep me up to date on any news from home (e.g. who won the Apprentice?!!)
