Day 5:
Today we went on our last private tour. We visited a Jamdani village which specializes in making traditional Sarees. We saw the factory where we saw little boys and men make sarees. They were as young as 10 years old. The designs are really very beautiful and the quality was great! I was very please and I bought a red one with gold and silver accents for 3,000 takas. I thought the price was pretty reasonable considering at the store it would cost around 5,000-10,000 takas, but since we eliminated the middle man, the price was great! After visiting the village we went to the old capital Sonargaon. There we saw a mausoleum, but it was raining pretty badly when we got there.
Day 6:
We were supposed to go to the old Dhaka today, but plans changed because there was an issue that needed to be dealt with. It was necessary that we go to the bank to sort some things out. We did that, and then we went to Eastern Plaza and met some of Mahah's friends. They are all really nice people.
