So far I have been in three cities in India. First, I was at Kolkata. We stayed there for one night and then we flew to Delhi. At Kolkata we did some site-seeing. We saw Mother Theresa's primary residence, and we tasted King Fisher Beer, the Official beer of India. It was pretty hot in Kolkata, and our hotel wasn't all too great, especially the bathrooms. Other than that the trip has been great!

After we were in Kolkata for one night, we took a morning flight to Delhi, the capital of India. In Delhi we had some free time so Paolina, Chris and I did some street shopping. I bought several pairs of earrings and stuff. We also got a rice grain with Sathiavanee Veeramoothoo's name on it!!

Then after Delhi, we took our mini bus, which has the word "TOURIST" on the top of the windshield from Delhi to Agra. We are currently in Agra, and we caught a glimpse of the Taj Mahal from a distance, across the river. Tomorrow morning, we are waking up at around 4-4:30am in order to go to the Taj to see the sunrise! We are really hoping the weather will be clear enough for it to be amazing!

Today we visited the "Baby Taj" and the Sikandra tomb, which had Akbar the Great buried there. He tried to unite all the religions. He had 3 wives, one was Muslim, one was Christian, and the other was Hindi. He had a big tomb place built, and it was really nice.

I will try to update Bangladesh now! =)
