Troy... the ancient city
This morning we had to get up early again to visit the ruins of Troy. Troy is actually consists of nine cities that are built on top of another dating back to 3000 BC. The first people lived in Troy during the Bronze Age.
It was nice to visit Troy though it is hard to imagine how the city was. We went back to Cannakale by minibus as where I had to say goodbye to Glenn and went on to Ayvalik.
Ayvalik is a nice little town with many Greek influence. I found the welcoming Bonjour Pension as my place to stay. This old house was once owned by a France diplomat.
