Days 13-14 Verona

Day 13 Train to Verona
After 2 days in Rome we took the morning train up to Verona Italy to meet back up with Katja. The train ride was nice, it was raining but fairly peaceful. I finished my book and got a little sleep. We got to Verona and I was pretty beat so I opted out of going into town with the others. Instead I rested and then walked around on my own outside of the city a bit.

Day 14 Verona exploration
The next day we fully explored Verona. It is a very nice small city, the colloseum was awesome and is still in use and we got to expolore a few really interesting churches and a castle. We also saw an ancient Roman bridge and Amphitheater. I would definately like to come back to Verona to explore more. Oh yeah we went and saw Juliets balcony and the statue. The tradition is to touch her breast but it seemed so defiling of her so I just touched her arm as you can see in the picture that I uploaded. Next up Vinice.
