I stayed in rigel riveside hotel.Its affordable hotel & quite good view.I had my dinner at this hotel.Next day i visited all shatin area--ten thousand bhudha,new town plaza is a big shopping mall.There is a very big garden alog with riveside.Really shatin is very beautiful state.
Next day i had a business lunch in fotan at a very good indian restaurant (named Asra india restaurant)
My client ordered tandoori raan,king fisher,onion baji,chicken tandoori,kadai gosht,mutter paneer,onion naan,pratha & yougert drink.Wow! really delicious food.. Hong Kong just won my heart with dim sum & indian food.
