oh, so much to write about but first...
traveling tips-
The bus to Punta Alan will start its rounds at the bus terminal on the main road in Talum. Or you can wait in front of the restaurant across the street or any where on the hotel zona road. His name is Rudy and he is very nice the price did go up to $20 usd per person for the ride.
Tribal camping is awesome! $140 pesos para los dos. It is a chill place and the bathroom and showers I thought were nice and clean. Funky doors but we like funky. It is super tranquil and if you dare like us a mile walk to the ruiens. Super hot though inless, not like us, you started walking in the moring. We tried to hitch hike but we had no real luck with that. $30 pesos for taxi, they drive that road all the time.
For food if you havn}t brought yours...I would advise going down the way to another restaurant. Tribal is too laid back to put effort into a bustling cocina pero their coffe is hot and strong.
I must first talk about Punta Alan. We loved it!!!!!. Such a nice and trequilo lugaro. We stayed with Niki, and everyone knows everyone. You don}t even have to say the name of the place you can just say ¨con niki¨- It goes far there I found. I got to take a book that at first I don{t think the woman was going to give it to me until I said ¨con niki¨.
We set up out tent and ran out to the beach. It was not that amazing right in front I don{t think we actually went in that water at all. We went to the point about 5 miles out the only road to PA and did a whole day of snorkeling and burning my but. Oh, but I will tell you abuot that later. We are just waiting for our bus to Coba and down loadding photos. We need to get in the habbit of carring around our camara more but we do have some photos to give you all to night when we get settled hopefully in Valloidid or maybe manana.
We made soem friend there too. Justin fished a lot and then we went out on a boat fishing guided tour. >More latter. we will be back in the city and can access internet. love you and ready for a bed! the tent is hummid and sandy and all our clothes too!
