Hey everyone, greetings from Baja California! We had a nice night last night in San Diego, ate at Panda Express and slept on the floor at Faith Chapel. Another group (from Tenessee) had their van vandalized, someone hit or through a golf ball through the window. Im sure glad that we didn't have to deal with that. We had breakfast at IHOP and was on the road around 9:15. We sang happy birthday to Shelby and the waiter brought her ice cream at 9 am! We had no problems crossing the border or along the route. When we reached the area we're at, we drove to the house we built last year and stopped in and visited with the family and the pastor. It was a great way to start the trip. We are currently at the IDT base and while those that weren't part of the team last year might be stressing over the 'basic' accomodations, those that were part of last year's team are reveling in the lap of luxury. There are three other groups here this week, about 100 of us total. We are waiting for dinner and then orientation after before work starts tomorrow! Until next time...
