Today was Lizzy's birthday, so we started the day off with some celebratory pancakes for breakfast! (After a little birthday cake of course!), unfortunately it then rained for a little, but we had plans for lunch- nachos and a beer/malibu at the Irish pub on the high street. We then wanted to rent a jet-ski, but for some reason all the jet-ski people on the beach had vanished, so we went for a walk along the beach instead!! Then back to the pool (obviously ) for a swim in the rain, before some of the most DELICIOUS pizza, at a place called Il Tempo- seriously after some imitation pizzas, it was divine! Ko Samui has been full of good food- a veggie full english breakfast at the Irish pub (Samui Shamrock!) and a vegetable pie at the English pub (Churchill's), clearly we are embracing the Thai food culture here...
