Last week in Oz

Jans parents finally arrived so we enjoyed our last week in Oz with them visting the sights that we hadn't seen with a hire car.one day we went up to Daintree to go on a croc river tour,unfortunately we were not lucky enough to see any but we did spot afew tree snakes and other interesting wildlife so was worth the trip. Another day we visited cape tribulation which a rainforest area which is really beautiful and we were lucky enough to spot a cassowary(which is a rare Aussie bird) similar in size to an Emu just by the side of the road. We spent the afternoon at a picnic area in the rainforest showing Jans Mum and Dad how to have a proper Aussie barby, they loved it and we had to have another one the next day.

Champagne Backpackers Again.

As a treat Jans mum and Dad put us into there hotel for the kast few days of our trip to Oz.We were so pleased and happy to be sleeping back in a normal bed and able to watch abit of t.v. Thanks Mal and Bob.
