|  | | Into Week 2... | | | | | Hey Everyone!
I just wanted to write a quick update to let you know that everything here is going well! Slowly but surely the ministry is beginning and we're starting to get used to our surroundings here in Guam. Last week the girls were able to start working with a womens shelter here in Guam. We jsut went to share some of our stories and listen to the ladies. It was a really good morning and we were able to meet some really amazing people. We were invited back to work with them anytime we were able to come. The girls are all very excited to make this a regular visit during the week to build some relationships in this place.
Barbeques are really big here in Guam. In the first few days that we were here we were invited to about 3 barbeques. Lots and lots of very yummy food! The team has been blessed by the hospitality of the country and the friendliness of the people here. It's been a great start to the outreach and we're looking forward to the rest.
We will be spending the holidays here in Guam and then it is off to Saipan for a few weeks before we debrief as a team and head back to NZ. As stories come, I will let you guys know! Hope that you are all doing well and will talk to you soon!
