After bus ride to ourselves for last 3 hours we thought we would be a little social and head for abeer or 2 and a burger. sitting outside enjoying the nice warm weather until massive grey clouds came over and big fat rain came bucketing down... All good to keep sitting with our beers till we remebered window in room was open and pack with tickets was right infront ahhh time to make a run for it. Thankyou $2 ponchos, Gee they look hot with a mini skirt underneath...
Made new Aussie friend in morning and formed Team Australia number 2 and headed to the falls.
Our first massive tourist destination filled with many tour groups but who cares it was amazing. Jumped on the slow and not so exciting ecological train and walked along board walks to top of devils throat. Unbelievable...and lots of spray.
second walk took us mid way throuhg the falls then it was onto the jeep and into the jungle!!! yeah we got to see a family of coatis (racoon memebers) Hello again rain....and sexy ponchos...
Time for extreme adventure and shower. On the speed boat we hopped and headed straight for the devils throat - covering our faces as best we could as rain pelted down on us...trying not to drown as we laughed. and when they say they take you right under the falls they mean it....oh my god this was the best....lots of girly squeals but amazing...
