This week has been really busy so far. Unlike all the other weeks preceding it. Not that I was bored or anything, just I must say I had much more time for relaxing at home.
My two-week trip to Slovakia, two months ago, was really very nice, just like any other of the trips to Slovakia I make throughout the year. The weather wasn't quite as I hoped it would be, but nothing can spoil my Slovak holiday.
I promised I would leave a story about the trip, but then I couldn't. Why? Well, there was this one particularly bad surprise when we (Barbora and me) came back to our Hove flat: Mr. Whoever-it-was-that-had-the-unsecured-wireless-Internet-connection-we-were-using-ever-so-happily no longer lives within the reach of my WLAN antenna. How sad. So, ever since then, we are no longer plugged. We are very much unplugged, would I dare say.
The situation, however bad, isn't critical, though. There is plenty of Internet around: the pier2pier free wireless network that is available between the two Brighton's piers is not that far away from us, so I sometimes take my laptop and cycle into the hot-zone to surf the Net.
At the Uni, too, there is plenty of opportunity to get one's eyes burnt. They bought these wonderful SAMSUNG wide-screen monitors with 3000:1 dynamic contrast, mmmm.... yummy, so that's where I usually sit to post poppycock like this to my sites.
But I promise, pictures are soon to be added. I have quite a few nice ones. Hope you'll like 'em.
Until then - have a great time! Warm regards,
Traveler PakoPeter
