Okay so i have not loaded up any pics yet, sorry am in Ghanaian time now so everything takes time !

For those of you who have looked at my journal and are thinking about travelling out to Ghana, i would thoroughly recommend it ! The country i have experienced so far is safe and friendly although you do have to be aware of what is going on around you.

Is really cheap to travel and eat out here and food is very edible although you get a little tired of chicken and rice quite quickly !

Feel free to ask me any questions if you are considering coming out with Gap Sports and i will do my best to answer your queries.
