Noosa Heads
After 10 weeks of picking strawberries we headed up to Noosa heads with Flick and Charles and had our first surf lessons for Flicks 21st Birthday.We all managed to get up at least once and we had a really good day followed with a few beers at night.
Rainbow beach
Our next stop was rainbow beach which is part of the great sandy national park opposite fraser island.It was really beautiful and we camped out here for afew days but had to move on because Jan was being eaten alive by hundreds of sandflies,which left her really itchy and covered in bites for nearly 2 weeks after.

We then camped out at the workmans beach for afew days ,this was a really special spot and only a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach.We met an Irish couple here who told us about a ranch they'd just been to.
The Ranch
We spent 2 days 1 night at the ranch, the first night having afew beers,riding the mechanical bull and learning how to crack a wip. The next day we went out early on horse back (yes Richie on a horse,scary thought i know)we had to heard aload of goats through a couple of fields shouting hayupuup at them ,it was really good and we enjoyed it. Afterwards we were shown how to use a rope to STORY UNFINISHED
