- learning how to drive standard on a steep dirt hill.
- walking through banana fields.
- taking sponsor pictures of two and three year olds as they bawl their eyes out.
- perfecting my guacamole recipe.
- playing doctor as I clean a head wound.
- teaching English classes in our new outdoor classroom.
- pulling out loose teeth.
You just never know.
