Hi friends and family! We are back from Morocco and relaxing in Spain now. We have finished our outreach through Africa! It has been exciting and challenging.
Our Morocco experience was really different from the rest of our outreach. Morocco is a restricted country, so we didn't have much to do. The first week we were in Fes, where we stayed with families. It was an interesting experince seeing how Morrocans live. They were very hospitiable and the food was amazing. The second week, we were in Casablanca, where it was more challenging. We stayed in a hostel in the medina. We had no plans or contacts in Casablanca, so each day we prayed to see where God would lead us. The last week really forced us out of our comfort zone, in order to talk to strangers and bless others. We did random acts of kindness like taking out different people to dinner and giving out food and drinks to strangers. The last week was a struggle, but we learned alot from it.
Casablanca was beautiful as well as Fes. The past two weeks were a blessing. The culture was unique, especially after the past few countries we were at before. Thank you all so much for the prayers and encouragements. We can't wait to share more with you!
