Wow, what an amazing welcome home. When we pulled up to the gate Welby was peeking through and saw me coming. He quickly shouted out “Rachelle is here.” I so wish I had a video camera so I could have captured the next moment to share with you. As the car drove towards the orphanage the kids were running, jumping, and riding bikes next to the car laughing and singing my name. When I jumped out of the car the kids were chanting my name, laughing and dancing in a big circle around me as they waited for their hug.
It’s so good to be back.
