The overnight bus journey from El Bolson to our current destination, San Rafael, should have taken 16 hours and would have had we not spent 2 hours trying to ascend a good imitation of an ice-skating rink just outside of El Bolson! Fair dues to the driver, he persevered despite spending much of the time travelling backwards (out of control) down the hill!
