After that we went back to the coast (via a 24 hour bus journey!) to Seattle. Seattle was one of my favourite cities in America. We went to the Space Needle to go up to the top and look at the views then a music museum with a massive section devoted to Jimi Hendrix as he was born and grew up in Seattle. The hostel we stayed in was really good too and they organised for a big group of us to go see a baseball game, which was really good! I thought it would be a bit boring but it wasn’t at all and the atmosphere was really good. Our team won as well! Across from our hostel was the massive Pike Place Market so we went to that and I wanted to go to the first Starbucks ever opened! We did a lot of shopping as clothes were really cheap and I ended up buying another bag to fit everything in.
Our final place after 4 months was Vancouver. The weather was really rainy and cold but it really is a gorgeous city like everyone says. We couldn’t find anywhere to stay at first as everywhere was full so we stayed in a slightly dodgy area but it was still ok! We walked around all the different areas and chilled out a lot the first day as we were pretty tired. We went out for a really nice meal to celebrate our last night of travelling! The morning before our flight we went over to Stanley Park and then caught our plane where we drank far too much and felt pretty awful when we arrived back home!
