We arrived at a place called Coral View which thankfully was really good. There was a mix up with our rooms as well so me and Chris got upgraded to a deluxe suite :). We bumped into Tim again on the boat who was staying at Coral View as well. We all walked round to a nice beach and spent the afternoon there and went to the bar in the evening. The next morning we went to Sawa-i-Lau caves which were massive limestone caves half full with water. We had to swim underwater to get to the second one which was pitch black and the Fijian guys were trying to scare us! In the afternoon we lay on the beach and did a bit of snorkelling. We met a couple of Fiji kids who were really cute and showed us how to pick up jellyfish without getting stung. Me, Chris, Lyndsy, Tim and Sarah walked up to the top of the hill for sunset which was lovely.
We were all splitting up the next day apart from me Chris Mark and Phil as we were all going on the Wana Taki cruise boat for a couple of nights. The boat was quite nice with a bar and a TV etc. Played musical chairs in the evening and I came second! Played some other drinking games aswell with the crew on the boat. The next day we all went snokelling on the reef which was really good. We lazed around and watched 300 which was cool and should be coming out in England soon if its not already.
The next morning me and Chris did a dive which was my first scuba dive since doing the course so I was a bit nervous! It was brilliant though and we went through a load of caves and tunnels and saw a reef shark. The crew spotted a manta ray so we all went snorkelling with it. It was only a baby one apparantly but it was huge! We went over to Manta Ray resort in the afternoon which was probably the best quality resort out of all of them. We went swimming again with a manta rays in the afternoon which was good but it was busier than before so you kept getting kicked in the face with some ones flipper!
Our tour was over but we had one more night so we booked into a place called Korovou for the night which we heard was really nice. We said goodbye to everyone and left in the afternoon. Korovou was good and had a swimming pool so we just spent most of our time in that and went to the bar in the evening. The next day we had to get the boat back to the mainland and catch out flight to the States so because of the time difference we actually arrived before we set off which is weird!
Loved Fiji, it's a beautiful place.
