so our time here in Uganda has been quite eventful! We traveled from Mombasa to Nairobi on our tiny plane again and were up at 5am to do so! Then we waited round Nairobi airport until 6pm that evening for our flight to Uganda, where poor Christy Lynn was sick, but i looked after her :) then we flew to Entebbe, Uganda and was picked up by our friend Betty and her friend Sharron. We drove to their house and when we arrived there was no electricity (we has forgotten that that happens every night for a few hours!) so we couldnt really see what the house was like! But now we have seen it in the day time it is lovely! The girls are very "westernized" and we have watched a few movies with them since we have been here. Last night we were watching "fat Al" (a film not a real person!) and suddenly the couch Christy and I were sitting on began to move back and forth, and i was like "Christy is that you?" and she was like, "no i thought it was you" then it got more violent and we jumped up and ran under the door frame because we realized the whole house was shaking and that we were in the middle of an earthquake!!! Well it soon passed so i guess it was more of a tremor than a real earthquake, but it was still scary! now every time we walk into the living room it feels like its moving! It was the strangest feeling ever! Well, were not sure if we are leaving for Jinja tomorrow or a week tomorrow, but we will keep you posted.
